Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
For products marked with “Pre-order” badge, please allow a longer shipment processing period. For more information please read Pre-order Terms and Conditions.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free worldwide delivery is available for orders over $160 USD. Orders under $160 USD will be charged $20.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Custom Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Fairmonde LLC (www.fairmondegolf.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer
(tariffs, taxes, etc.).
