How do I create a FAIRMONDE™ account?
Creating an account is easy and will allow you to keep an eye on your purchases. You'll be able to:
• View order history
• Track your order status and shipping
• Save your details for quicker checkout
• Simply click the link to register and create your account.
I have trouble signing into my account, what should I do?
Please make sure you’re using the same email address and password you registered your account with. If you can't remember your password, click on the 'forgot password' link on the sign-in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address, where a link will be sent for a new password creation.
If your issue isn't password-related, here are a few things you may want to check:
• Disable 'block all cookies' in your browser settings
• Enable Javascript in your browser settings
• Remove any content blockers
Make sure that your device clock is accurate. For security reasons, if your device clock is fast, you won't be able to access your account. You can resolve this problem easily by setting the time on your device to default. If the issue persists, please email hello@fairmondegolf.com for further assistance. We will try our best to help.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, go to 'My Account', click on 'Forgot Your Password?' and simply follow the 'Password Reset' instructions.

Women’s golf apparel seamlessly worn both on- and off-course in a versatile aesthetic that combines technology and performance with style and sophistication. This is how FAIRMONDE™ came to be. Launched in 2021, our collection, designed with premium Italian-made materials in sporty and understated colour palettes, distinctively stands out from the sea of mass-produced women’s golf wear. From fresh-faced beginners to seasoned pros, our brand speaks to the tone of a new breed of women golfers, ready to set roots in a game of class and dignity.
Driven by our passion to grow one of the greatest games of all time, FAIRMONDE™ is about empowering women to excel in an inherently male-dominated sport. Our philosophy of inclusivity, sustainability and equality focuses on positively impacting people, our environment and ultimately, the game. This is our platform to inspire achievement and transformation, where we set the foundation and pave a smoother path for our next generation of women golfers.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Where can I find your product care and washing instructions?
Care and content labels can be found on the inner side of your FAIRMONDE™ garment. Following our care instructions will help extend the lifetime of each piece.
In general, washing your gear in cold or warm water with mild powder laundry soap (non-toxic, biodegradable types are preferred) and drying it on the line are the best ways to clean FAIRMONDE™ products. Use a laundry bag for delicate fabrics, to prevent other garments from damaging them. Avoid using fabric softener because it coats the technical fabric and inhibits its wicking capabilities. Avoid contact with oil or alcohol-based substances such as perfumes, cosmetics, hand sanitizers, which might impact the fabric and cause unremovable stains.
Will you expand your product range in the future?
Yes! This is just the beginning of our journey. We’re starting with everyday basics because we believe it’s the best way to showcase new materials and introduce true innovation. Down the line, we’ll be launching fashion pieces through capsule collections and exploring future collaborations in other categories.

SHIPPING & RETURN
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed immediately during standard business hours, and are dispatched as soon as they're ready, usually between 3 to 5 working days.
*Please keep in mind that pre-order items may take a longer period to ship. Kindly allow at least 2 weeks for the item to be processed.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If however you are not completely happy, we accept returns for up to 14 days from the date you received your item. Please note, when returning goods:
- Your item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Your item must be in its original packaging
- Your item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- Exchanges/refunds are only available for items that are manufacturing defects

How do I process a return?
Your return must be sent to us within 14 days from the date you received your parcel. Simply return items by following these steps:

- Let us know which items you wish to return by reaching out to us at hello@fairmondegolf.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please use the email address you used for placing your original order.
- Once the return request is approved, we will generate a returns label and send it to your email.
- Package the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, eg. the one you received your parcel in. Please attach the return shipping label on the parcel.
- The courier will provide you with proof of return upon collection. Please keep this for your records.
- Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for this to happen. If you don’t receive the email within 14 days, please contact us.
- Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. Funds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.
