Refund and Return Policy
You'll be charged a single flat fee of $10 USD for each return shipment.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If however you are not completely happy, we accept returns for up to 14 days from the date you received your item. Please note, when returning goods:
- Your item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Your item must be in its original packaging
- Your item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- Exchanges/ Returns/ Refunds are only available for items that are manufacturing defects/ wrong items.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
You can easily return items by following these steps:
- Let us know which items you wish to return by reaching us out at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please use the email address youused when placing your order.
- Once the return request is approved, we will generate a returns label and send it to your email.
- Package the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, eg. the one you received your parcel in. Please attach the return shipping label on the parcel.
- The courier will provide you with proof of return upon collection. Please keep this for your records.
- Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for this to happen. If you don’t receive the email within 14 days, please contact us.
- Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. Funds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
