Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. Clients are responsible for costs associated with shipping & duties unless the order is more than 500 units, we can provide free shipping fee by sea freight.
What are the available embellishment options?
We provide design support for logos or any other customized graphics upon request. (Additional fee applies) All embellishments are to be handled by our trusted supplier. Note that printing techniques may need to be adapted for Fairmonde fabrics.
What is the production lead time?
For available styles and colours, deliveries are within 7 working days (depending on order quantity and shipping preferences). For customized options, deliveries will take up to 10-12 weeks.
Can I return the order?
All bulk order goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable except if products are wrongly delivered, faulty or damaged.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Credit Card or Wire Transfer.
Can I request for product samples?
Samples can be provided for all styles and customizations with an additional fee of $50-$200 per sample (varies depending on the type of fabric and packaging). Once the order is confirmed, the sample fee will be deducted from the larger inventory order.
Can I get any discount for large volume order?
Volume discount given for bulk purchase.
